Arizona vacation, day 3 (Su)

During the drive up to Sedona, Brandon started not feeling well (headache, aches, slight fever) so we let him veg on the couch at the condo while the rest of us drove back up to Flagstaff to replace Jacob's dvd player, which had stopped working. If he couldn't have internet, he needed something (well, actually, mom needed something that would give her a break from nonstop dictation). The overlook on the way through the canyon:

Route 66 meanders through town, but really...you wouldn't know if not for the bland street signs and a few graphics on a random business. I expected more.
On the way back to Sedona we found some snow for Jacob to play in.

(Sorry to scare you, I don't think my hair knew what to do with Arizona weather. It was either flat or looked like it had been teased sky high)
It was fairly warm out, so it didn't bother me that he took his jacket off.

But at this point mom had to call an end to the fun.
After we got back to Sedona, we rested a bit then the 3 of us walked across the parking lot to Tlaquepaque. It's a nice little artsy village with galleries, restaurants and such.

And then back to the condo for a quick dinner and to be entertained by American Pickers and The Bible. (We don't have cable, so we're easily entertained.)
