Jacob's not really a glasses sort, although he will occaisionally steal my sunglasses, so I was surprised when he decided he needed these at the store. Probably because they're Thomas the Tank Engine sunglasses. He wears them sporadically, usually to look at himself in the mirror. Yesterday he grabbed them, put them on and went and stood by the door, and said "I want outside, please." When he asks so nice, how can I say no? (Well, I do say no when he wants to go play in the puddles while a thunderstorm is raging, but that's a whole other story.)
