Imaginary Play

It's always hard to buy presents for Jacob, because the only toys he plays with are ones that play music, whether it's a stuffed animal, keyboard, or whatnot. He just doesn't really do imaginary play yet. He still really likes Thomas, and 2 years ago for Christmas Uncle Randy bought him a Thomas playset that is a small mountain that a boulder rolls down as it chases the trains. That one, Jacob loves. This weekend he pulled it out and had us set it up and ran Boulder down after the trains while playing that section of dvd over and over again. Now here's the exciting part (for us anyway). He was watching Sesame Street Favorite Songs 2, where there is a story/song about Snuffalufaggus losing his giant meatball when he sneezed. So we walk in the room and there is Jacob using Boulder as a meatball, pretending to sneeze and making it roll off a table. Really, one of the cutest things he's done. And everytime we tried to take a picture or video he smirked and walked away until we left. He never lets us take pictures of stuff like that. It's like he has a rep to protect or something.
