Just a little bit of rain...
This is the by the neighbors yard. Their backyard floods even worse than ours. It used to flow directly into our garage and we'd have a couple inches of standing water in the garage, which is why when Rick had it tore down and rebuilt, he had the driveway lifted enough that it flows down the side of it to the street. Between the two yards the water will be flowing so hard that it looks like there are surf breaks in the driveway.
We've had one more heavy rain since this one and I think I have finally mastered the backchanneling problem and have a plan to avoid it in the future. Go us.
