Way back when, when we used to watch The Amazing Race, they went zorbing in New Zealand and Rick thought it looked like fun. Fast forward to planning the Tennessee vacation, and lo and behold, Gatlinburg is the only place in the United States where you can Zorb (aka roll down a hill in a giant hamster ball with water in it.) Brandon saw the video and declared it awesome so we added it to the itinerary. Everyone went but Betty, Paige and me (there's not enough Dramamine available in the world to get me in one of those) and got the 3 trip package. Jacob was not thrilled to ride up the hill with Dad and leave Mom behind, and cried the entire way up, which I'm sure endeared our group to the other group that rode up in the van with them.
Rick and Jacob:
We could hear Jacob giggling the entire way down the hill, but he most definitely said, "done!" and "mom!" after it was over, so we were able to get a refund on his other two trips.

Rick:
By the time everyone else had done their second trip, we had been there 2 hours and Jacob was getting hungry and bored, and was not really cooperating. There was no refund for trip #3, so I sat in the car with a fussy Jacob and his dvd player until they were done.
After that it was Burger King for lunch (which caused it's own problem; Brooke was told that when she went on vacation with Jacob she would get to eat at McDonalds every day, and Burger King is just not an acceptable substitute) and then back to the condo. Unfortunately, Paige fell and sprained her ankle, so Rick and I stayed home with Jacob (who didn't want to go back out) and Paige while the others went to dinner at Bubba Gumps (Rick still owes me a dinner there).
