Snake!

While in Estes Park (CO), Jacob picked out this lovely purple, stuffed snake at a rock shop. In fact, I think the selling point was that it is, in fact, a lovely shade of Barney purple.

Jacob took snake to see lots of sights on vacation. Here he is showing him the sign at Hell's Gate.

And taking him for a walk on the path at Hell's Gate.

And keeping poor snake nice and warm in the car. Jacob's kind of sweet like that.
