Every year I make them get in the car and drive an hour to go stand in patches of flowers. Every year they complain. Every year I stress over whether or not I got any good shots since it's too bright to actually see much on the camera screen. Every year I get home and am pleasantly surprised that there is one or two good shots. Every year during the hour drive back home I wonder if it's worth it. I suppose it probably is, as least for another year or two. I do know that I won't attempt the white shirts and cowboy hats again, or so I say.
