It must have just been his year. The blue ribbon is for 1st place workmanship for his den (age group). The medal is for the 2nd fastest car for his den. One trophy is for 1st place workmanship for his PACK (the whole scouting group for Meadows) and the other trophy is for 3rd fastest car for the PACK. In Brandonland, Saturday was an awesome day. We thought that he might do well for design, since he rigged up LED lights with a battery within the car, but we really weren't expecting him to take the workmanship award for the pack. We were also pleasantly surprised at how well his car performed, but I suppose he's been moving up in the standings each year so it's not totally unexpected.
