You know you're getting too big for a ride at Chuck E Cheese when you have to lift your feet off the ground.
My first attempt at jam (fig) was a failure. There was no real time frame given on the recipe, so it set up really really thickly, like can't stick your knife in it hard. Oh well. It tasted ok, though.
I caught a flu bug and spent most of a weekend curled up on the couch, but couldn't get Jacob to not cuddle with me.
Jacob found this 4th of July headband on clearance for $.50 at Michaels and adores it. He wears it and sings the "Does your hair hang low?" song.
Next batch of tomatoes on the vine.
Girls night out. Yummy chicken carbonara and chocolate fudge cake, followed by a theater full of happy, screaming women for Magic Mike. Tons of fun.
