This is the neighbors side yard, about an hour after the rain started. His backyard drainage is even worse than ours; the reason Rick tore down and rebuilt his garage is that whenever it would rain the neighbors back yard would drain right into the garage, leaving it about 1-2 inches underwater. Lovely.
